Liverpool midfielder Joe Allen has told his side to move on quickly from their shock FA Cup exit, with two massive Premier League games on the horizon.

The Reds lost 3-2 at Oldham Athletic on Sunday, but have little time to lick their wounds with trips to Arsenal and Manchester City coming up in the next week. The clash with the Gunners on Wednesday evening is particularly important, with Liverpool three points behind the sixth-placed Gunners in the table and 7/1 with bet365 to finish in the top four. Allen told The Echo: "We've got to move on from this. We have got two massive league games and we have to get back to the way we have been playing recently. "In general our league form has been good. We have to put this behind us and focus on gaining points to climb the table." Liverpool are currently seven points adrift of fourth-placed Tottenham Hotspur.
