Oxlade-Chamberlain eyes repeat performance

England - Premier League

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain thinks that the experience Arsenal gained last year will serve them well in the battle to clinch a top-four finish this season.

The Gunners' 3-1 victory against Norwich City lifted them up to third in the table, a point ahead of Chelsea and Tottenham. Arsenal have won eight of their last 10 league games, and are 2/7 with bet365 to finish in the top four. The run is reminiscent of the side's late surge last season, when they leapfrogged Spurs on the last day of the campaign to finish in third place. "It helps to know that we did it last season and we managed to squeeze into the Champions League in the way that we did," said Oxlade-Chamberlain. "The fact that we did it last season definitely helps our confidence to do it again this time." Arsenal will look to cement their top-four place when they take on Everton on Tuesday evening at the Emirates. A 2-1 win for Arsene Wenger's side is available at 15/2.
