Rugby Union: Mallinder aims for final shock

Director of rugby Jim Mallinder believes that his Northampton Saints side are capable of one more upset when they take on Leicester Tigers in the Aviva Premiership  Grand Final.

Saints secured a superb 27-13 win at Saracens in the semi-finals last weekend and are now 2/1 with bet365 to win the final, with the Tigers  2/5. Mallinder, who has already guided Northampton to their first Grand Final, wants to end the season in style a week on Saturday, saying: "We know that  Leicester are a really good side, I watched the game on Saturday and they were very, very impressive. "If we turn up on the day and we get the support that we've got  fully behind us, then you never know what might happen. "That's one of the beauties of sport. The odds were stacked against us last weekend, but we knew in our own  minds that we could come to Sarries and win."
