Chelsea have concerns over Cole

Chelsea could be without Ashley Cole for Saturday's Premier League clash against Wigan Athletic after the 32-year-old picked up a hamstring problem during England's 2-1 victory against Brazil.

Cole, who won his 100th cap in the game against the 2014 World Cup hosts, had to be replaced at half-time by Everton's Leighton Baines. It is hoped that Cole's early withdrawal means he avoided further damage and he will be available to Blues boss Rafa Benitez this weekend for a game Chelsea are 17/2 with bet365 to win 3-0. Benitez already has a number of injury worries with Petr Cech out with a broken finger, while Demba Ba, 11/4 to open the scoring against the relegation-threatened Latics, is struggling with a broken nose.
