Outgoing Bayern Munich head coach Jupp Heynckes is hoping to end his tenure on the highest possible note by leading the club to Champions League glory. The newly-crowned Bundesliga champions powered through to the Wembley final by winning 3-0 at Barcelona to complete an astonishing 7-0 aggregate success, with Bayern now 4/9 with bet365 to be crowned European champions.

Last season, Bayern were beaten in the final in their own Allianz Arena by Chelsea, and Heynckes is determined to avoid a repeat when they face Borussia Dortmund on Saturday 25th May. He told reporters: "We have the experience of last year to fuel us in this final and I obviously hope that we can be successful. "We have won the league, we are in the (German) cup final and we have the logical target of the Champions League because of the very bad luck we had in last year's final." Bayern could complete a memorable treble on 1st June when they take on Stuttgart in the final of the DFB-Pokal.
