Chelsea, who are 12/1 to win the Premier League this season with bet365, and England midfielder Frank Lampard could be on his way out of Stamford Bridge at the end of the season.

The 34-year-old, who is a fan favourite with the West London club, has admitted that all things must come to an end after it emerged he was not in any discussions with the club over his contract, which is in its final year. Speaking after Chelsea got through to the World Club Cup final in Japan, Lampard said: "There have been no talks about anything about an extension. The ball is in Chelsea's court. I'm a Chelsea player, as simple as that. I've had a great, great time here. "Maybe things don't last forever. Although I want it to last forever, you have to be big enough to know what it is." If Lampard is to leave Chelsea, who are 15/2 with bet365 to regain the FA Cup in 2013, then the USA and China are thought to be his preferred destinations, with LA Galaxy and Guizhou Renhe rumoured to be keen to acquire him. Chelsea's London rivals Arsenal are also tipped to be keen on his services, although such a move may not be seen as progressive by Lampard.
