Moses desperate to repay Benitez

England - Premier League

Grateful Victor Moses has vowed to repay the faith being shown in him by interim Chelsea manager Rafa Benitez.

The 22-year-old struggled to break into the Blues first team under former manager Roberto Di Matteo following his £10million switch from Wigan Athletic, but this all changed when Benitez was controversially appointed to lead last year's Champions League winners until the end of the season. Moses is expected to start on Thursday when Chelsea, 5/1 with bet365 to win this season's Europa League, will be looking to overturn a 1-0 deficit when they host Steaua Bucharest in the second leg of their last-16 clash. Moses, 6/1 to open the scoring against Steaua, admits: "The manager has come in and perhaps seen something different in me. He has played me and I appreciate it. "My aim is to keep working hard and do the best for the manager every time I play."
