Harry Redknapp hopes QPR's incredible 1-0 victory at Chelsea will persuade the likes of former Chelsea and Bolton defender Tal Ben Haim to move to Loftus Road.

Redknapp is keen to snap up the Israel international but admits another target, Liverpool's Joe Cole, is set to sign for West Ham United. QPR secured the shock result of the season thanks to Shaun Wright-Phillips' 78th-minute winner against his former club at Stamford Bridge, but Redknapp knows he must sign several new players this month if his side are to have any chance of avoiding relegation. QPR are currently 4/9 with bet365 to be relegated while Reading can be backed at 1/7 to go down. Redknapp said: "We'll look to give Tal Ben Haim a contract until the end of the season. This win is very important for us when it comes to signing players. "I lost Joe Cole who would have been my first signing. I thought he was coming for sure but West Ham came in for him."
