England, 8/13 with bet365 to win the Grand Slam, have been told by head coach Stuart Lancaster to step it up for their Six Nations clash against Wales next weekend.

Having struggled to see off Italy 18-11 at Twickenham on Sunday, England have been warned to improve quickly, with a Six Nations title decider a matter of days away. "We know we have to improve our performance going into the Wales game," Lancaster said. "We know we can do better. "We know we have got to play better, we know Wales are playing well, but equally we know what we need to do to fix things up and we are confident in the players we've got." England will hope to have fly-half Owen Farrell available to face Wales, after a leg injury kept him out of the clash with the Azzurri. Toby Flood filled in against Italy and kicked all 18 points in the victory.
