England head coach Stuart Lancaster insists he has not been surprised by Wales recent revival as he continues his preparations for Saturday's Six Nations decider against Rob Howley's men.

The Red Dragons went on an eight-match losing streak before securing three successive away victories in the Six Nations. That run has left Wales with a shot at winning the competition and they are available at 11/4 with bet365 to clinch the Six Nations title outright while England are 8/11 to beat Howley's side in Cardiff. An eight-point victory will hand the championship to Wales, and Lancaster said: "Wales had their rough time during the autumn series and people were writing them off. "We looked at them and never once thought they had turned into a poor team. You can see the quality of their players, one to 15 and even up to 23 really."
