Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson will hand late fitness tests to Phil Jones and Jonny Evans to see if they can feature in Wednesday's Champions League clash with Real Madrid.

Both players were substituted during Sunday's 2-0 victory over Everton as United extended their lead at the top of the Premier League table to 12 points. Northern Ireland defender Evans has been plagued by leg cramps since he returned from international duty last week while Jones took a nasty kick on the calf against the Toffees. The pair will travel with the rest of the Red Devils squad and will be assessed in Madrid, where the imposing Bernabeu and Cristiano Ronaldo lie in wait. United are 14/1 with bet365 to beat Real Madrid 2-1 with Robin van Persie available at 6/1 to open the scoring against Jose Mourinho's side. We've got a fantastic free bet offer to add to the excitement.
